Native Plant Landscaping in Utah

Plants that belong here, and thrive with less water and care.

Native plants evolved with Utah’s dry summers, cold winters and alkaline soil. Once they’re established, they need far less water, fertilizer and fuss than many imported plants, and they bring in pollinators and birds. We design and install native landscapes for homes and businesses.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do native plants need watering?

Yes, while they get established, usually for the first one or two growing seasons. After that, many need little or no extra water.

Won't a native yard look wild or weedy?

Not when it’s designed well. Good layouts, clean edges and a mix of shrubs, perennials and grasses give a native landscape a tidy, intentional look.
