Landscape Design & Site Planning in Utah
Thoughtful site planning for properties large and small.
Bigger projects need more than a planting plan. Site planning looks at the whole property, including grading, drainage, access, hardscape, planting and irrigation, so everything works together. We plan landscapes for homes, HOAs and commercial properties and carry them through to installation.

From Plan to Build
Because we design and install, plans are drawn by people who know what it takes to build them, and the crew that builds your project understands the design. Nothing gets lost between the drawing and the dirt.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between a design plan and site planning?
A design plan focuses on how the yard looks: plants, patios, paths and lawn. Site planning goes further and works out grading, drainage, access and phasing for the whole property. Larger and commercial projects usually need both.
Do I need a licensed landscape architect?
For most homes, no. Utah law generally doesn’t require one for site plans on homes of up to four units and two stories. If your project does need a licensed professional’s stamp, we’ll tell you up front.
